Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping generally takes 7–12 business days. It costs $9.99 for orders under $69, while orders of $69 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Expedited shipping costs $19.99 and generally takes 5–7 business days.

Shipping time begins after order processing. Estimated total delivery time is approximately 8–15 business days for Standard Shipping and 6–10 business days for Expedited Shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Tracking activity may take a short period to appear after the carrier first receives the shipment.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging and any included accessories or documentation where applicable.

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at support@amezna.com .

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs or video of the item and packaging. We will review the information and provide the appropriate next steps.

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
